Ultimate Products, an Oldham-based supplier of houseware and electrical goods, has acquired Manchester-based iPod supplier Intempo. The size of the deal was not disclosed.

Avisen, a London-based performance management specialist, has acquired rival Eon Enterprise, and Eon’s wholly owned subsidiary Infocube for £585,000. Eon has no trading activity and its sole function is to act as Infocube’s holding company.
