Acquisitive software group Vega has recruited Sue Bygrave as finance director.

Acquisitive software group Vega has recruited Sue Bygrave as finance director. A physics graduate from Oxford and an accountant with ten years experience at KPMG, she joins Vega after a two-year sabbatical following a spell as finance director at Mettoni Group, which went into receivership in 2002.

Vega’s chief executive Phil Cartmell is pleased to have persuaded Bygrave to join the board. He says ‘Sue brings both extensive public limited company experience and valuable knowledge of mergers and acquisitions.’
