Myhome, a residential services franchisee, has bought plumbing and drainage specialist DSH Services.

The deal is worth an initial £200,000 in cash with up to £5.45 million worth of shares due in the next three years subject to performance.

The vendors received legal advice on the disposal from Penningtons, led by Simon Bickerdike, a partner in its business services division.

The firm was introduced to the deal by following its work on a similar transaction earlier in the year.

“This is a good transaction for the vendors because it allowed them to realise their investment and to remain involved and benefit from the future growth of the business under the ownership of a group with greater resources and a thirst for success,” Bickerdike said.
