Protravel and TB specialise in providing travel and entertainment related promotions to sales promotion agencies.

As part of the transaction, Protravel and TB will be integrated in to the travel and leisure promotions division of Motivcom’s subsidiary, P&MM. It is anticipated that the merger will create significant overhead savings in 2008.

David Lebond, executive director for Motivcom, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to strengthen our already powerful position in the sector by acquiring a well-established leading name in this market. The two teams have vast combined experience and there is excellent synergy between them.”
