MediLink acquires Lifeinc Holdings

MediLink-Global UK Ltd, a Jersey-based provider of electronic health card services, has acquired Lifeinc Holdings Pte, a provider of third-party administrator (TPA) services to clinics in Singapore, for SGD500,000 (£230,000).

MediLink-Global UK Ltd, a Jersey-based provider of electronic health card services, has acquired Lifeinc Holdings Pte, a provider of third-party administrator (TPA) services to clinics in Singapore, for SGD500,000 (£230,000).

Lifeinc Holdings was incorporated in January and has a client list of more than 160 clinics and hospitals. The acquisition is expected to be immediately earnings enhancing.
