ISIS Equity Partners has hired 3i veteran Henrietta Marsh to head up the AIM investment side of its four Baronsmead VCTs, which currently have more than £200 million under management.

ISIS Equity Partners has hired 3i veteran Henrietta Marsh to head up the AIM investment side of its four Baronsmead VCTs, which currently have more than £200 million under management.

Having previously worked as an investment director for 3i’s London office and acted as manager of the venture capital giant’s Small Quoted Companies Trust, Marsh is being lauded as an important addition to the ISIS team. ‘”Het” (as Marsh prefers to be called) brings a rare combination of skills which fit our investment style and we are delighted to welcome her to the team,’ says Baronsmead investment manager David Thorp.
