The company was acquired from its previous owner, private equity firm CCMP Capital Advisors, in a secondary buy-out.

Bank of Scotland Integrated Finance provided a debt and equity package to fund the deal. The management retains a majority stake in the company, while the bank has taken a minority share.

Hawkpoint Partners acted as financial advisors to CCMP Capital and Kirkland and Ellis International acted as legal advisors, while Mills & Reeve provided legal advice to the management team.

Grant Thornton Corporate Finance acted as financial advisors to Bank of Scotland Integrated Finance and DLA acted as legal advisors.

Maynard & Plastics supplies the personal care market with its packaging products throughout the UK, Europe and the US.
