Investec acquires LeaseDirect Finance

Private bank Investec has acquired 75 per cent of LeaseDirect Finance (LDF), a broker sourcing transactions for lenders. LDF retains its existing directors and management team, headed by Paul Buchanan, and will now cross-sell Investec products
