Innovise on the march

Innovise Plc, a West Midlands-based software and IT services provider, has acquired rival Harbrook Consultants in an all-share deal valued at £200,000. 


Innovise Plc, a West Midlands-based software and IT services provider, has acquired rival Harbrook Consultants in an all-share deal valued at £200,000. 

Innovise Plc, a West Midlands-based software and IT services provider, has acquired rival Harbrook Consultants in an all-share deal valued at £200,000.

Yorkshire-based Harbrook Consultants provides IT training and software to companies across the UK and overseas. The company has 17 employees and generates a turnover of £2 million.

The deal comes shortly after Innovise’s acquisitions of IT companies Infrasolve and Abilitec. Mike Taylor, CEO of Innovise, said: “Harbrook’s business and key skill sets are highly complementary.”

In the six months to March 2009, Innovise reported a turnover of £5.1 million and pre-tax profits of £670,000.
