Martin Palmer acquired Industrial Storage Installation, Industrial Storage Fabrication and Mezzanine Floors (Hull) from Robert Bradley.

The financial conditions have not been released, but it was closed after financial services group Cattles agreed to back the transaction.

Palmer bought the companies through his Industrial Storage business. “This deal will now allow me to expand the activities of all three companies under one umbrella,” he told reporters.

Legal services were provided by Matthew Smith, associate at the York office of UK top 50 law firm Dickinson Dees, who was introduced to the deal by corporate finance adviser Nick King of Sadofskys.

Smith said he looks forward to helping Palmer build on the success of this transaction. “This deal will enable Martin to grow the business substantially. There is a significant demand for the products the business provides as the large distribution warehouse market expands.”
