Managing director Eddie Molnor said: “We are delighted to have secured this finance to support our plans.”

Hills Electrical’s parent company, Hills plc, was advised by Laura Delacroix-Humphreys, a commercial partner at Enoch Evans Solicitors. She said the firm has advised Hills for more than 10 years and that this re-financing will ensure the continued expansion of the business.

“The timescales on this matter were extremely tight, but as a result of the long-standing relationship with the client we were able to use the outstanding resources at Enoch Evans to work with the client in dealing with the matter as expeditiously as possible,” Delacroix-Humphreys added.
