Together with the owners of the Innovate Office sites in Leeds and Nottingham, Mark Proctor and Louise Patterson have bought the Innovate serviced office business out of administration and renamed it Icon Business Centres.

Innovate Group recently went into administration in June. The logistics side of the business was taken over by Yearsleys and Eddie Stombart, while the owners of the Leeds and Nottingham sites opened talks with Proctor and Patterson.

Post-deal, the partners aim to market bespoke office space and conference rooms for businesses looking to relocate, resize or begin a new venture.
