Customer feedback specialist Fizzback has raised £1.6 million in a Series B fundraising led by technology-focused Nauta Capital.

Existing investor Advent Venture Partners also participated, having led the previous £2.5 million funding round in 2006.

Jordi Vinas, general partner at Nauta, which has offices in Spain and the US, says Fizzback is well-placed to help major consumer companies improve relationships with their customers by allowing them to listen to and act on feedback in real time.

The money raised will be used to continue the London-based company’s expansion into continental Europe and the US.

Fizzback’s current clients include Tesco, T-Mobile and Marks & Spencer.
