Finsbury acquires Compassoft

Finsbury Solutions, a supplier of spreadsheet management and control software, has acquired Compassoft Inc, a US-based governance risk and compliance software vendor. The financial terms of the deal have not been given, however, the company has said that the deal would strengthen its product coverage and customer base
