Endless backs TJ Hughes MBO

Private equity firm Endless has supported the management buy-out of discount department store chain TJ Hughes.

Endless has acquired Silverfleet Capital’s stake in the business as part of the deal. The amount has not been disclosed. Purchased by Silverfleet in 2003, TJ Hughes has grown from to 37 to 57 stores, selling fashion and interior design brands.
