Emporis based in Darmstadt, Germany, collects and publishes data and photographs of buildings worldwide. The firm plans to use this investment to accelerate its growth internationally and increase the offering of its Internet platform and products in multiple languages.

Law firm Osborne Clarke’s Munich office provided legal advice throughout the deal to the founders of Emporis. This was the first contract completed for Emporis after contact was made at the company nearly 18 months ago.

Corporate partner Martin Sundermann led the team. He was assisted by corporate associate Dr Christine Koehncke.
