Management and skills instructor TSW Training has been subject to an employee-led buy-out, with previous owners Training Trust Wales relinquishing control to its 18 employees. The buy-out was led by managers Corrine Williams, John Nash and Stuart Davies.

Terms of the deal were undisclosed and TSW were unavailable to comment but Claire Griffiths at accountancy firm Broomfield & Alexander, nomads to the takeover team, told M&A: “Training Trust Wales decided to sell the firm and the management put together a winning bid.”

Griffiths added: “It’s business as usual at TSW. Corrine Williams, who fills the role of chief executive officer, wants to take the company into its next stage of growth.”
