Easydate acquires dating sites

Online dating company Easydate has bought a portfolio of dating websites from Associated Northcliffe Digital for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition of the Allegran business is expected to take Easydate’s turnover from £12 million in 2009 (with profits of £2.8 million) to nearly £20 million this year
