Darwin buys Fenn Wright Manson

Darwin Private Equity has acquired womenswear retailer Fenn Wright Manson for an undisclosed sum. Colin Fenn is stepping down as MD with immediate effect but the remainder of the management team is staying with the business, supplemented by Darwin appointees Louise Barnes as executive chairman and Sheila Wye as finance director
