CT to expand with £2m investment

CT Holdings, a maker of products for children’s bedrooms and a supplier of fabrics, has announced plans to boost its product range after securing a £2 million investment from Bank of Scotland Corporate.

CT Holdings, a maker of products for children’s bedrooms and a supplier of fabrics, has announced plans to boost its product range after securing a £2 million investment from Bank of Scotland Corporate.

Both the nursery products and textile businesses are set to expand following the £2 million cash injection. FD Jane Jackson said: “The money will be used to give the company a greater positioning to explore opportunities in a range of new markets.”

Fruhman Davies Livingstone (FDL) acted on the financial restructure of CT Holdings  to enable it to expand its operations and extend its markets. Steven Fruhman, partner, led the team assisted by David Ziskind, associate partner, who dealt with all property matters.

Fruhman said: “FDL has acted for CT Holdings for many years. The restructuring will enable the company to be well set to pursue its growth strategy.”
