Clean energy investment completed

Leaf Clean Energy Co, which invests in North American clean energy companies, has completed a US$20.9 million (£10.9 million) investment in Energia Escalona's hydroelectric project in Mexico.

  • Veterinary supplies provider Centaur Services has been sold to AHN Holdings for £32 million
  • Italian marketing firm FullSix has sold its foreign assets to private equity firm Cognetas for €25 million (£19.5 million)
  • Harley-Davidson has bought Italian motorcycle maker MV Agusta Group for €70 million (£54.7 million)
  • Agricultural and retail group Wynnstay has announced that it has acquired the remaining 50 per cent of shares in Welsh Feed Producers it does not own for £1.4 million

  • First Artist Group, a media, entertainment and events group, has agreed to acquire US-based advertising agency Sport and Company of Manhattan in a reverse takeover for up to $18.9 million (£9.8 million)
  • Axtone S.A is being sold by Advent International, a global private equity firm to IK Investment Partners. The terms of the deal, which are subject to regulatory approval were not disclosed
  • Principle Capital, an investment management company, has agreed to acquire 48 per cent of AIM-listed Dawney Day Sirius Real Estate Management for £1.5 million
  • AIM-listed Falkland Golding and Minerals, has announced the proposed acquisition of oil and gas exploration company BPC
