Chloride, an Abedeen-based supplier of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems and services, has acquired Grampian-based Malcolm Power Systems for an undisclosed sum. For more deals click here.

  • Russia-based Highland Gold Mining Ltd has sold its subsidiary Zolotrudnaya Kompaniya Mayskoye LLC, which owns the Mayskoye Development Project in North East Russia, for US$105 million (£70.5 million) to a group of Russian companies.
  • London-based brewer and pub manager Fuller, Smith & Turner Plc has acquired The Round House, a freehold London pub, from Punch Taverns Plc for £3.3 million in cash.

  • Milwaukee-based marketing company ARI has acquired Channel Blade Technologies Corp, a Virginia-based provider of marketing services to the boating and recreational vehicle industries. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
