The company has been valued at some euro53 million (£35.9 million) after it raised euro25.25 million (£17.1 million).

The admissions were managed by nominated adviser and broker Davy Corporate Finance, led by Des Carville, Fergal Meegan and Roland French, with Mazars as the reporting accountant.

Mazars’ team was led by Simon Coyle, Lorcan Colclough and Tom O’Brien, who also provided transactional support and valuation expertise.

“The successful IPO gives an experienced team of M&A executives, led by Niall McFadden, a platform to further access and develop quality acquisition opportunities,” Coyle said.
