The deal will enable the two companies to pool resources, enjoy economies of scale and offer a broader range of complementary IT products and services to clients.

Barry Jackson and David Walton, respectively chairman and managing director of Bestoutcome, will join the ISA board, and Thomas Payne, managing director of ISA, will join the consultancy’s board.

Jackson said: “At a stroke, the acquisition has doubled not only both organisations’ resources and access to new business opportunities, but also the products and services each can offer within a combined, highly competitive and stable group.”
