Begbies Traynor, the Manchester-based professional services firm, has sold Servisional, a customer relationship management consultancy based at Exchange Quay, to a management team led by Eric Veldboer.

Begbies invested in Servisional in May 2007, but announced this year that it would sell the business following a review of its non-core operations.

Servisional provides CRM and business process management software to businesses. Its customers include online retailers, franchise businesses and training and support service companies.

Paul Stringer of Manchester-based accountants Cowgill Holloway advised on the deal. Stringer commented: “Servisional has a robust portfolio of products and clients. The MBO will provide a clear vision for the future direction of the business, allowing the company to enjoy further growth and success.”
