Atypon acquires eMeta from Macrovision

Online publishing services provider Atypon Systems has acquired eMeta from Macrovision Solutions Corporation. eMeta is a provider of access control, subscription management and commerce software, which will be added to Atypon’s operations to create a single entity with offices in Santa Clara, New York, Athens and Oxfordshire
