US-based Insurance brokers Arthur J Gallagher & Co has acquired Risk & Reward Group.

Founded in 1996, London-based Risk & Reward Group is an employee benefits consultant and insurance broker. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Under the deal, managing partner Tim Johnson and his associates will continue to operate from their London offices.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co is an international insurance brokerage and risk management services firm with operations in 15 countries.
