Oakland has acquired a freehold site in Chingford on which the company will develop a new, purpose built centre catering for the needs of up to 45 residents suffering from dementia.

The facility, which will target private paying residents, is due to open in November next year and will employ about 50 staff.

Emil Gigov, partner at Albion Ventures, says: ‘We have invested and committed to invest over £25 million in the current year and our investment pipeline is very strong, especially in healthcare.’
