UK recruitment communications agency ThirtyThree has received a £4 million funding package from Royal Bank of Scotland to enable further investment in its Southwest operation

Kent-based investment banking and financial services provider, Griffin Group, is to acquire Alexander David Holdings, a stockbroker, in a £4.8 million reverse takeover. The deal will see the company’s name change to Alexander David Securities Group
Midland News Association is to merge the Shropshire Star and Express & Star newspapers in Telford and Wolverhampton. No further details were disclosed
