Human resources company Adecco has completed its public offer for Dutch staffing firm DNC. Adecco now controls 99.8 per cent of the company.
RSH Plc, a PLUS-quoted media and financial services group, has acquired the remaining 76.8 per cent of Oilbarrel.com, a website offering news and insight from various stock exchanges. The terms of the deal were undisclosed.
