OJK, a professional services firm focused on the entertainment and sports sectors, has acquired the entertainment business of Birmingham-based accountants Michael Kay & Company. OJK is part of James Grant Group, which was formed following a £21 million management buy-out backed by Gresham Private Equity in August 2009
