MSA Digital will become Home Digital following its acquisition by Home Marketing, a Leeds-based design and marketing communications company.

Home will utilise the specialist pharmaceutical agency as it looks to create a £20 million multi layered media business. Yorkshire Bank provided backing to complete the deal.

Legal advice was given to Home by Irwin Mitchell with financial advice supplied by RSM Tenon, both of Leeds. Cobbetts Leeds office acted for Yorkshire Bank.
