Dutch deal for Aegis

Round-up of today's M&A deals.

Aegis has made another acquisition with the purchase of Dutch media agency Kobalt Media.

The deal is the tenth of the year for Aegis and follows recent deals for Swedish businesses Dubblera and Smicker and Master Ad in Russia.

Julius Minnaar, chief executive officer of Aegis Media Netherlands, comments: ‘The agreement enhances our prospects, providing additional energy and focus in continuing to produce outstanding client work.’

Kobalt is being acquired from DHG Holding BV, with the deal set to strengthen Aegis Media’s market position, according to a statement.
