Microsoft Dynamics reseller, eBECS, which operates from offices in the UK, North America, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and China, has acquired the business and key assets of Microsoft Gold Partner business services consultancy ePartners UK, a subsidiary of ePartners Inc.

ePartners UK provides Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) services based on the Microsoft Dynamics platform.

Sam Sammour, chairman of eBECS, says: ‘This is a strategic acquisition and a major step forward in advancing our long-term growth plan, a Microsoft-centric strategy that is based on extending eBECS’ reach to new industry verticals, and greater alignment of eBECS products and services to the Microsoft Dynamics product set.’

Kevin Hall, chief executive of eBECS, comments: ‘By combining the expertise and synergy between eBECS and ePartners UK, we will create a potent force in the ERP market with eBECS becoming one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics resellers in the UK.

‘The resulting organisation, with over 120 Microsoft Dynamics professionals, will be better placed to serve a customer base of more than 130 organisations across the world.’
