HIG Europe rescues Silentnight

Bed retailers Silentnight has been acquired out of administration by private equity firm HIG Europe in a deal which has saved 1,250 employees.

The acquisition of Silentnight marks HIG Europe’s twelfth new deal investment in the last 12 months and sixth since the start of 2011.
