Founded in 2002, Netcallidus is a Northamptonshire-based digital marketing agency. The current directors performed an MBO in 2008.

In the half-year to December 2009, Netcallidus reported a post-tax profit of £149,464 on turnover of £342,192.

London-based dotDigital Group is a digital marketing agency comprising four sister brands, dotMailer, dotCommerce, dotAgency and dotEditor.

An initial payment of £513,981 was made upon completion, which will be followed by two further performance-related payments to bring the cash total to £1 million.

Mark Furber, managing director of Netcallidus, says that with the new ‘infrastructure and support, Netcallidus can accelerate its planned expansion without compromise to quality of service’.
