Northumberland-based BNS offers business telephony services and employs 250 people. The deal includes the company’s subsidiary 3G Comms, a UK mobile phone service provider for small and medium-sized businesses.

Following its reverse takeover of Freedom4 in July 2009, AIM-listed Daisy made three acquisitions last year, and recently bought internet provider Managed Communications for £6.3 million.

In the nine months ending September 2009, Daisy reported revenue of £30.9 million and pre-tax losses of £2.1 million.
