London & Stamford Property has announced that it has acquired One Fleet Place, London EC4, from Legal & General Assurance Society for £74 million.

The 170,000 sq ft prime City of London office building is mainly let to law firm Denton Wilde Sapte until 2025.

Raymond Mould, non-executive chairman of London & Stamford Property, said: “This building combines an excellent blend of building quality, current market rent, long lease length and secure income, and given the leverage we can apply, it gives us a good income return on our investment.”

King Sturge acted for the acquirer and Jones Lang LaSalle provided legal advice to Legal & General Assurance Society.
