ELG Haniel Metals seals Scottish deal

Stainless steel recycling company ELG Haniel Metals, a UK subsidiary of ELG Haniel Group, has acquired Glasgow-based Shearer Mormet, a specialist fabricator of high temperature alloys, for undisclosed terms
