  • Book publisher Random House has acquired the craft, photography and reference publisher Watson-Guptill Publications from Nielsen Business Media
  • Arc Fund Management has acquired Manchester-based IFA Throgmorton Financial Services for £1.6 million
  • Print management and marketing services firm US-based InnerWorkings Partnership has bought Etrinsic in order to expand its operations into the UK
  • Early-stage investor Longbow Capital has led a £2.8 million series C round of funding in CyDen, a Swansea-based medical devices company
