Diversified accountancy and tax services provider PayStream has bought umbrella fund provider Mimax Mosaic, increasing its presence in Scotland. The acquisition follows PayStream’s strategy of broadening its customer base in the growing temporary labour market.

PayStream’s managing director John Whelan said: “This acquisition is an indication of our confidence and growth ambitions in a market which is expected to further consolidate in the coming months.”
