Aegis Group plc, a UK-based marketing and communications group, has acquired Full Circle Media, its third acquisition in South Africa this year.

The acquisition of Full Circle Media, an independent media agency based in Cape Town, follows the group’s purchase of digital marketing specialist Trigger in May, and the launch of Vizeum South Africa in September.
