Alan Boswell & Co, the financial services arm of the Alan Boswell Group, has acquired independent financial advisory firm Mansbrook Brosche (Hellesdon), for an undisclosed sum.

Alan Boswell & Co, the financial services arm of the Alan Boswell Group, has acquired independent financial advisory firm Mansbrook Brosche (Hellesdon), for an undisclosed sum.

Established in 1982 and based in Norwich, Mansbrook Brosche provides a range of financial planning services including pensions, mortgages and investments.

The acquisition will bring new business to the regional insurance broker and independent financial adviser. John Wake, the former managing director of Mansbrook Brosche (Hellesdon), will be joining the group as senior consultant in the post-acquisition period.
