Westlink buys AHC Warehousing

Westlink Group, the UK subsidiary of Guernsey-based Westbury Property Fund, has bought AHC Warehousing.

The group acquired the Cheshire-based distribution and warehousing business for £33.5 million as part of its growth strategy.

Under the terms of the deal, Westlink has acquired the business and 100 acres of land, including a rail freight terminal.

AHC was advised by a team of corporate lawyers at Brabners Chaffe Street, led by partner Tony Harper, who was supported by solicitors Anna Gregory and Nicola West as well as specialists from other departments within the firm.

Westlink was advised by Addleshaw Goddard partner Philip Goodstone who was assisted by Richard Wheeldon and Stewart Hamilton.
